SERVPRO of Sorrento Valley/University City is proud to be a certified member of the IICRC: Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certification. 

The mission of the IICRC is to establish and advance globally recognized standards and certifications for the inspection, cleaning, restoration and installation industries.

The IICRC is also a member of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), further ensuring that standards are being followed on a national level.

We proudly invest in our employees and send them to the IICRC for training. After taking the classes they take a test to be certified in a number of areas in the restoration industry. As time progresses and technology advances, the IICRC stays up to date and therefore, so do we.
