Water Damage Drywall Repair

This customer had water damage in their condo after their toilet supply line leaked. It affected several rooms in their unit as well as other units below as this unit was on the 3rd floor. Even though the building was built in the 2000s, asbestos testing was ordered due to the condo being a multi-unit complex. The test results came back negative and our technicians were able to cut out the affected drywall, insulation, and baseboard. After the framing was dry we sent in our repair team. They installed new insulation, patched the drywall, applied texture and paint to match, and installed a new baseboard.
